BOOKING AND ESTIMATES
All bookings made through United Choice Movers are subject to availability and confirmation by the third-party moving company. Estimates provided by our call center or through our website are non-binding and based on the information provided by the customer. Final costs may vary depending on actual conditions and services provided by the third-party movers.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms for relocation services will be outlined in the agreement with the third-party moving company. United Choice Movers may collect a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to the final cost of the service. The balance will be payable directly to the third-party movers according to their terms.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation policies vary depending on the third-party moving company. United Choice Movers will assist in facilitating cancellations and refunds in accordance with the mover’s policies. Any deposit paid to United Choice Movers is subject to our own cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or service delays. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the actions or omissions of the third-party movers. Any claims for loss or damage should be directed to the moving company responsible for the transport of your belongings.
